We also operate in the litigation area, both administrative and judicial, elaborating defenses, appeals and manifestations in labor disputes, also related to union matters.

- Drafting of opinions and opinions on the various issues related to the interpretation and application of the current labor legislation;
- Drafting and analysis of employment agreements and amendments, as well as advisory in cases of suspension, interruption and termination of such agreements;
- Assistance in services outsourcing;
- Periodic meetings with human resource managers and company stakeholders;
- Elaboration of defense in preparatory procedures and public civil inquiries promoted by the Labor Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPT), as well as in tax infraction notices drawn up by the Regional Superintendence of Labor and Employment (SRTE);
- Elaboration of defense in individual and collective labor claims.
